Bola Glass Inc. seeks detail-oriented, thorough, and organized individual to join their growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and growing company revenue.
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: $17.00/hr. based on 30-36hr/wk. with 10 days paid vacation

Major Tasks & Responsibilities

Install flat glass products for doors, storefronts, windows, showers, mirrors, tabletops, and other glass-related items.
Do repairs as necessary.
Cut glass to size for custom projects.
Take precise measurements to ensure materials meet specified dimensions.
Ability to operate required equipment, including hand and power tools, in a safe manner.
Evaluate the rest of the customer’s home or business as part of the Glass Doctor service to determine other needs of the customer.
Put customers at ease, effectively explaining what services they need to resolve their issues.
Greet customers and ask open-ended questions about customer’s projects to determine their needs.
Prepare work schedules on a daily &/or weekly basis.
May perform key holding and supervisory duties if required, such as opening and closing the store, managing complaints.
Prepare weekly/monthly/project reports.
Ability to multitask.

Preferred Qualifications

Completion of Secondary School; A university degree or college diploma would be plus
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Experience in a similar role in the industry will be considered. Additional required training will be provided as required to be successful.
Excellent communication and reading skills.
Fast learner and Team-player.
Excellent decision-making ability and problem-solving skills.
Detail oriented, reliable & trustworthy.
Able to safely lift upwards of 50lbs
