Job duties:
1) Manage and oversee store staff to ensure they complete their assigned tasks promptly.
2) Assign duties to store staff and prepare work schedules.
3) Train, discipline and promote store staff, as they see fit.
4) Authorize payments and the return of merchandise.
5) Attend to customer needs and resolve complaints to ensure excellent customer service.
6) Maintain inventory, record and order merchandise and sign for deliveries.
7) Plan special discount offers as needed.
8) Monitor sales figures and produce reports to the management.
9) Assist in developing and implementing promotional activities for the store.
10) Maintain the visual standards and image of the store, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness.
11) Open and close the store as needed.

Requirement:
1) Minimum 1-year retail sales experience.
2) Completion of secondary school.
3) Ability to supervise 3-5 staff.
4) Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
