Job Description

Located in New Westminster, Donair Dude is currently looking for a food service supervisor to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of cashiers and junior staff.
• Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintain inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Forecast sales of all goods sold in the store.
• Adjust product displays according to inventory and sales events.
• Ensure food and services meet quality standards.
• Reconcile cash register and generate sales reports.
• Address customer complaints and inquiries promptly.
• Participate in team member hiring and contribute to policy and procedure development.
• Open and close the store as required.
• Perform cashier and greeting duties, operate POS machines, and manage online orders.

Required Education & Experience;
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory position
• Completion of a high school diploma is mandatory;
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and, written communications skills;
• Advanced English language knowledge;
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively
• Self-disciplined, eager to learn, and have a passion for the food and service indus-try

Pay Rate/ Salary: $20 per hour
30-35 hours per week
