Job Description:
– Position: Retail Store Supervisor

– Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
– Wage: $23.50 per hour
– Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week
– Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

Job Duties:
– Monitor daily business operations and sales staff
– Assign workers to duties and prepare work schedules
– Handle customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
– Maintain inventory and communicate with head office
– Maintain accurate records and prepare sales reports
– Provide training to new sales staff
– Ensure that the store is well maintained in terms of cleanliness and displays
– Be responsible in opening and closing the store
– Perform the same duties as workers supervised (greeting customers, answering customers’ questions, accepting payment, etc)

Job Requirements:
– Education: Completion of high school is required.
– Experience: Minimum 1 year of retail supervisor experience is required.
