Look at plans or make your own. Draw outlines on wood. Use machines and hand tools to cut and shape parts. Put parts together with glue and nails. Smooth surfaces and add finishes like stain or polish. Fix or change wooden items. Sometimes guess how much and what kind of materials are needed.
