Canadian Tire Red Deer North in Red Deer Alberta, requires one (1) full-time Department Manager to perform the following at their store in Red Deer, Alberta:
Supervise staff (3 – 4 people minimum). Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Assign sales workers duties, order merchandise, authorize return of merchandize. Establish work schedules. Prepare reports on sales volume. Merchandising and Personnel matters. Organize and Maintain Inventory. Resolve problems that arise such as customer complaints.

Required languages: English

Education level: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Required skills: Reliability, Accurate, Excellent oral communication organized, efficient interpersonal skills, team player, dependability, ability to multitask.
