Job Description

· Create and document software testing strategies.
· Install software, hardware, and configure operating systems for testing purposes.
· Conduct and document the results of software and information system tests.
· Establish and enforce software and information system testing policies and procedures.
· Proficient in using Selenium or comparable test automation tools for UI testing.
· Familiarity with data-driven and/or BDD automation frameworks.
· Skilled in API automation using tools such as DevTest, Postman, Karate, etc.
· Ability to integrate automation scripts with CI pipeline for continuous regression and smoke testing.
· Experience working in agile methodology utilizing tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Zephyr.
· Knowledge of the Financial Services industry, particularly in Personal & Commercial Insurance, is advantageous.
· Prior experience in testing Guidewire product implementations (PolicyCenter, ClaimsCenter, etc.) is beneficial.
· Hands-on experience with Guidewire GT framework for UI and API testing is advantageous.
· Experience in performance and load testing using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, etc., is considered an asset.

Education level: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
