Key Responsibilities:
1. Nail Care Services: Perform a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, nail art, and other nail treatments, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
2. Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their nail care requirements, offer expert advice, and provide tailored recommendations.
3. Hygiene and Sanitation: Maintain a clean, sanitary work environment, strictly adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure the well-being of clients and staff.
4. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the nail care industry, and educate clients on available products and services.
5. Appointment Management: Efficiently manage client appointments, schedules, and walk-in clients, optimizing time utilization and client contentment.
6. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, build strong relationships with clients, and foster a warm and inviting atmosphere within the salon.
