Position: Retail sales Supervisor
Number of Positions: 2
Duration: Full time, Permanent
Experience requirement: Minimum 1 year.
Start Date: As soon as possible
35 hours per week.

Job Duties:
• Assign duties to sales staff.
• Hire and train or make arrangement for staff training.
• Maintain inventory of merchandise and order them timely.
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Prepare work schedule for staff.
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Make sure the store is clean, well organized and merchandise is well displayed.
• Resolve customer complaints and address supply shortage issues.
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
• Occasionally work as sales associate when short staffed.

Supervision: Supervise 3-4 people in a shift – Cashiers, shelf stockers, Retail salespersons
