Job Description

Job Duties:
• Prepare and cook complete Traditional Italian and Fusion Culinary;
• Plan daily specials and order processing, preparing different kind of sauce;
• Prepare and cook special meals for customers with food allergies or intolerances;
• Oversee kitchen operations;
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment;
• Clean kitchen and work area after work being done;
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs;
• Train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
