Job Title: Sushi Cook

Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Wage: $17.62 – $22.00 per hour (to be negotiated)
Benefit : 10 days paid vacation or 4% gross salary
Hours of work: 30 – 40 hours per week.

Duties:
– Prepare and make various types of sushi, sashimi, roll sushi, salad, and combination sushi.
– Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for special rolls.
– Prepare and make sauces for sushi on the menu.
– Clean kitchen and work areas
– Supervise kitchen helpers

Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
And
Experience: Minimum 2~3 years of experience as a cook OR completion of a three-years apprenticeship program, college orother programs in cooking or food safety is required.
