Job Description:

– Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
– Wage: $ 20.00 per hour

– Business address: Same as above
– Hours of work: 30 – 44 hours/ per week
– Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation or 4% of gross salary

Job Duties:
-Prepare, make, and cook various types of brunch menus.
-Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for special dishes.
-Prepare and make sauces for menu dishes.
-Maintain inventory and records of food items such as beef, pork, and vegetables.
-Prepare and cook according to customers’ allergies and tolerances.

Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years experience in this field or three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or Completion of college or other program in cooking or food safety
