Position: Retail Store Supervisor
Number of Positions: 1
Duration: Full time, Permanent
Experience requirement: 1 year to less than 2 years
Start Date: As soon as possible
34 to 40 hours per week.

Job Duties:

• Assign duties to sales staff.
• Hire and train or make arrangement for staff training.
• Maintain inventory of merchandise and order them timely.
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Prepare work schedule for staff and monitor performance of staff.
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Make sure the store is clean, well-organized and merchandise is well displayed.
• Resolve customer complaints and address supply shortage issues.
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
• Occasionally work as sales associate when short staffed.
