Description
We are a full service, three-star hotel located just off Highway 4 in Meadow Lake. Our facility combines the best accommodation, food and beverage service in Meadow Lake.

Specific Skills:
(1) Prepare and cook meals according to the restaurant’s menu.
(2) Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers.
(3) Supervise and monitor kitchen operations
(4) Maintain inventory and record of food supplies and equipment needed.
(5) May clean kitchen and work area.
(6) Plan menu and plan food portioning.
(7) Estimate food cost and food requirements.
(8) May hire and train kitchen staff.
(9) Maintain food safety and sanitation protocols in the kitchen.
