Position: Food Counter attendant
Number of Positions: 2
Duration: Full time, Permanent
Experience requirement: will train
Start Date: As soon as possible
35 to 40 hours/week (Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift work)

Job Duties:
• Take food orders from customers, serve customers at counter and accept payments.
• Keep record of quantities of food used.
• Portion and wrap food items, pack take-out food order.
• Prepare, heat and finish simple food items,
• Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit.
• Stock refrigerator and cooler.
• Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs.
• Clean and sanitize counter, kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, appliances and equipment.
• Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas,
• Remove garbage and trash.
