Position: Retail Sales Supervisor
Wage:$22 per hour
Employment Term: Full Time/ 40 hours per week
Location: 77 Matheson Blvd E, Mississauga, ON L4Z 2Y5

Responsibilities:
Assign sales workers to duties
Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
Order merchandise
Authorize return of merchandise
Establish work schedules
Sell merchandise
Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Organize and maintain inventory
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers

Education level: High School Diploma

Required skills: 1 to less than 2 years of previous experience in retail sales supervisory role or a similar leadership position. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a retail environment. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service. Knowledge of fashion trends and the ability to effectively convey product information to customers. Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and other retail software. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Required Languages: English and the ability to speak in Urdu/Hindi is considered an asset.
