Here are some of the main activities and tasks that construction Site foreman duties, And not limit too; Establish method to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other project supervisors or manager. Construction safety training. Requisition materials and supplies. Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity. Helping and Train or arrange for training of workers. Recommend personnel actions such as hire and promotions. Prepare production and other reports. May also supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of related apprentices, helpers and laborers. Experience; 2-3 years or more as team leader or supervisor in a construction site setting. Benefits others, bonuses. Wages $38.00 per hour for a 40-hour week.
