Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030) – GINKGOS RESTAURANT
Location: 9140 Young Rd, Chilliwack, BC V2P 4R4
38.50 hourly, 40 hours per Week
Permanent position
English required, Mandarin as asset
College diploma required
Two years of relevant experience needed

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient and consistent service.
• Develop and maintain operating procedures for food preparation, customer service, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
• Hire, train, supervise, and support restaurant employees.
• Prepare staff schedules, assign duties, and evaluate employee performance.
• Monitor inventory levels, place supply orders, and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Track sales, labor costs, expenses, and other operational results to support profitability.
• Respond to customer concerns and resolve service issues in a professional manner.
• Ensure the restaurant complies with food safety, health, sanitation, and occupational safety requirements.
• Review menu pricing, service methods, and workflow procedures when operational improvements are required.
• Coordinate catering orders, group bookings, and special events when applicable.
Required languages: English
Education level: College diploma required
