What You’ll Do:

As an experienced Chocolatier, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Craft stunning chocolates by hand—molding, capping bonbons, creating 3D figures, bars, and more.
Make delicious ganaches, caramels, fruit purees, and other confections.
Be part of our factory tours, teach chocolate classes, and help out with special events.
Take ownership of inventory management, food safety compliance, and record keeping.
Data management
Ensure our production space stays sparkling clean, following AHS sanitation procedures.
You’ll work closely with our Master Chocolatier to refine your skills and take on new challenges. At cochu, we’re all about growth and improvement, and we want you to grow along with us!

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of full-time, hands-on chocolate experience in a commercial chocolate production facility.
Skills in molding, capping bonbons, making 3D figures, hand-decorating molds, and more.
Strong attention to detail and a keen desire to innovate and improve processes.
A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
Critical thinking and adaptability to new technologies and processes
Problem-solving skills to help identify physical bottlenecks and optimize workflows
Ability to assist in organizing and streamlining physical spaces for better efficiency
Strong attention to detail in monitoring product quality and ensuring products meets standards and customer expectations
Willingness to perform hands-on tasks in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with teams on the floor
A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
Able to maintain a high standard of quality and commitment to meet or exceed expectations.
Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid Canadian Work Permit. We will not be sponsoring Work Permits for this role.
Perks & Benefits:

Competitive salary based on experience: $33,100 – $43,680.
Full-time position with potential weekend/evening shifts (based on production needs).
When we are able to offer a benefits program, full-time team members will be eligible to join, with a portion of the monthly fees covered by cochu.
