Crystal Springs Dairy Company near Coalhurst, AB. requires 1 full-time Supervisor, Food and Beverage Processing to perform the following duties in the production plant on their dairy farm:

Salary: $30.89 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time, Early morning, Evening, Day, Weekend, Overtime required available

Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: at least 1 year experience
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work site environment: Noisy
Supervision: 1 to 2 people, Labourers in food and beverage processing, Process control and machine operators, food and beverage processing
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently, Attention to detail, Work under pressure
Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication, Organized, Team player, Values and ethics

Job Duties
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
• Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
• Occasionally work alongside staff on the floor
• Package products
• Some retail duties
