Salary: $19.52 hourly / 40 to 50 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time, Day, Weekend, Overtime required
Starts as soon as possible

Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work site environment: Chicken farming, Dusty, Hot, Noisy, Odours
Work setting: Rural area
Supervision: 1 to 2 people
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Large workload
Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication, Organized, Team player

Job Duties
• Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, Feeding and watering system
• Handling animals
• Monitoring animal health, Diagnose livestock health issues and treat livestock health issues
• Maintain livestock performance records, Maintain work records and logs, Maintain quality control and production records
• Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
• Perform general farm duties
