Bliss Bakery is looking for three Full-Time Bakers (NOC 63202)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 32-40 hours per week, $20.00 to $20.50/hour (negotiable), with benefits.
Job Description:
• Prepare dough and batters bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders. Prepare and bake croissants
• Bake mixed doughs and batters
• Ensure quality of products meets established standards
• Draw up production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods to produce
• Purchase baking supplies
• May assist in training and supervising baking personnel and kitchen staff.
• Prepare and decorate special occasion cookies, cupcakes and cakes
• May assist in delivery of products to our stores and for catering

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of commercial baking experience
• Some experience or knowledge in scratch baking is an asset
• The schedule is typically 11pm to 7am and we operate 7 days a week, must have flexibility
• Language in the workplace is English
