Technical Sales Representative (HVAC & Plumbing)

Office Location: 16104 114 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5M 2Z5
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5 days per week

Job Duties
-Identify, contact, and develop new client relationships.
-Assess clients’ needs and resources, and recommend appropriate products and services.
-Travel to client locations when required to conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
-Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing support.
-Respond to client inquiries and prepare tenders, proposals, and quotations.
-Prepare and manage sales contracts.
-Issue invoices to clients and follow up on transactions.
-Provide both pre-sales and post-sales customer support.
-Monitor and review sales performance and cost efficiency.

Requirements
-Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales-related field.
-Strong knowledge and understanding of the HVAC and plumbing industry.
-A Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, plumbing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
-Must hold a valid driver’s license.
-Strong communication and customer service skills.

Wage & Benefits
Hourly Wage: $39.50/hour
Overtime: 1.5× pay after 44 hours per week
Vacation Pay: 4%
Gas reimbursement for work-related travel

Hiring Priority
Canadian citizens and permanent residents will be considered first, followed by applicants holding a valid Canadian work permit.
