• Inspiring a team, instilling a sense of pride, and creating a culture that helps deliver the world’s best Quick Service Restaurant experience
• Managing and training a team of Managers and Crew Members
• Ensuring proper staffing and deployment throughout the shift
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring sales and profit targets are met
• Maintaining a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for your guests, your team, and yourself and upholding our renowned cleanliness methodology
• Assisting team members with tasks such as taking orders, preparing food, packaging food, using appliances, stocking, and cleaning.
• Participating in local events that positively impact your community
