As an Assistant Store Manager Retail at YYC Interior Solutions Ltd, you will play a key role in supporting daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. Responsibilities:
– Evaluate and enhance customer service while addressing customer requests and concerns.
– Handle staffing needs, including hiring, training, and retaining employees.
– Plan, direct, and assess the operations of establishments engaged in retail sales.
– Source and negotiate with suppliers when necessary to acquire merchandise for resale.
– Manage staff and delegate responsibilities.
– Analyze market research and trends to gauge consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors’ operations on sales.
– Develop and execute marketing strategies.
– Prepare budgets, authorize expenditures, and track revenues.

32 – 40 hours per week
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
