Yuan’s Garden Restaurant is a Chinese restaurant located in Richmond, BC. We offer customers delicious and authentic Chinese cuisine, friendly service, and a comfortable dining atmosphere. We are now hiring a Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020) to join our team.

Job Description:
•Job Title: Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020)
•Position(s) available: 1
•Location: 8077 Alexandra Rd, Richmond, BC V6X 3A6
•Compensation: $20 per hour
•Works: 30-40 hours per week
•Benefits: 10 days of paid vacation per year 

Job requirements:
•Completion of secondary school is required.
•Completion of a program in a related field OR at least 1 year of relevant experience is required.

Job duties:
•Manage, organize and arrange the actions of employees responsible for food preparation, portioning, and serving.
•Assess and procure the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal production.
•Create work schedules and protocols.
•Keep track of inventory levels, repairs, sales, and waste.
•Provide training to staff on their responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
•Ensure that both food and service quality meet established standards.
•Take part in the hiring process of food service personnel and contribute to the formulation of policies, protocols, and budgets.
•Develop cafeteria menus and calculate associated food and labor expenses.
