Wages: $23 per hour, 35 hours per week
Benefits: 10 days paid vacation and 5 days paid sick leave per year

We’re hiring a full-time Live-in Caregiver to look after a 70 years old male who has just undergone lung surgery, and needs care and support at home.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Observe and report symptoms such as persistent coughing, shortness of breath, Chest pain, or fever etc.
• Remind and help with prescribed medications, and any oxygen therapy
• Assist with personal care, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Prepare easy-to-digest meals that help healing and in line with doctor’s advice
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Assist with moving around, walking, and physical therapy activities
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe living environment.
• Accompany senior to follow-up medical appointments

Work Experience

• Experience an asset, will provide training

• Private home; live-in arrangement required
