Job Summary:
I am seeking a full-time caregiver to assist my father, who is 87 years old, with daily tasks, companionship, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Help with daily activities (bathing, dressing, meal prep).
Provide companionship and engage in activities.
Administer medications and monitor health.
Perform light housekeeping and ensure a clean environment.
Assist with mobility and transportation.

Work Schedule and Location:

Monday to Friday:

Morning: 2 hours (7am-9am), mid-day: 2 hours (12pm-2pm), evening: 2 hours (5pm-7pm), total daily hours = 6 hours/day.

Flexible hours and overtime hours might be required, depending on elderly’s doctor appointment and health needs.
Work must be completed at the employer’s home.
Optional accommodation is available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment.

Qualifications:

Experience in caregiving elderly is preferred.
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
Reliable and physically capable of assisting with mobility needs.

Benefits:

Compensation is $24 per hour, 30 hours per week, for a duration of 2 years, with estimated start date being October 1, 2025 (NOC Job Number44101).
