Job Duties: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, able to work under pressure, able to meet tight deadlines, have good time management, complete repetitive tasks, must show attention to detail, must be client focused. Must be dependable, accurate, organized, reliable, and flexible. Must be a team player and must show good judgement. Must have excellent written communication, excellent oral communication and have efficient interpersonal skills. Must be proficient in MS Excel, Quick Books & Simply Accounting. Will be responsible for the following; Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, Post journal entries, Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports, Prepare tax returns, Prepare trial balance of books, Reconcile accounts.
