SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to be a part our dynamic team. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that our hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are impeccably clean, well-maintained, and welcoming for our guests. This role requires a blend of leadership, customer service, and hands-on operational skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
• Address any deficiencies immediately and ensure prompt corrective actions.
• Implement and monitor adherence to all housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless service.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms to appropriate department.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests.
• Assist in all areas of Housekeeping,
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 1 year previous experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
