Job Description

Brennan Jardine Aerial Spraying Ltd is seeking full-time 2 professional Ag Pilots – Operation Managers for the 2026/27 seasons and beyond.

Job Duties:
Completing aerial application on fields across Saskatchewan, located in Nipawin SK.

Requirements of successful candidates:
Must be committed to entire season from May 1st to Oct 30th, 2026 and 2027 or have made prior arrangements.
Current Medical Aviation Certificate.
ICAO level 4 or higher.
ICAO Aerial Spraying Licence.
ICAO Flight Instructor Licence.
More than 2.500 flying hours in total.
More than 1.000 Ag flying hours piston aircrafts.
Administration and technology skills.
Capable of operating Satloc Bantam 2 – Ag Nav guidance systems or equivalent.
Saskatchewan Pesticide License is an asset.
Turbine experience is an asset.
We´ll consider extra courses taken.

Work with customer and ground support crews in a professional manner.
The operations manager is responsible for safe flight operations; he will maintain a pilot information file for dissemination of operational information to all pilots and maintain a record of acknowledgement of this information. Wage is $60/hr 40 hrs/wk
