Sunrise Catching Ltd is looking for eight (8) Full-Time Chicken Catchers (NOC 85100)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 35-40 hours per week.
Job Description:
• Set up equipment for safe operations
• Guide chickens into loading area in a humane manner
• Loading of poultry into holding crates on to transport truck
• Work as a team to handle chickens without startling or angering birds
• Manual collection of chickens
Job Requirements:
• Experience working on a farm is an asset
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks
• Must be physically capable of repetitive heavy lifting of approx. 40 lbs
• Language in the workplace is English

• $24.84 per hour starting rate plus wage increases on 6- and 12-month mark (max $26.91 per hour)
