Qualifications:
Educational: A college diploma in business administration or in a closely related field with a specialization in sales or marketing is required.

Experience: Applicants are required to have at least two years of experience as a sales representative, marketing representative, public relations representative, or in a related occupation.

Partner with the finance team to formulate the marketing budget and track advertising spend against financial projections. Apply data analytics techniques to evaluate key performance indicators and enhance the efficacy of marketing initiatives for optimal results. Design and implement strategies aimed at retaining customers to boost loyalty and sustain business expansion. Organize and oversee corporate events, including conferences, workshops, and exhibitions, to bolster brand visibility and market reach. Mentor and lead the marketing staff, setting high standards and fostering skill development through systematic training. Monitor and ensure adherence to legal standards relevant to marketing, advertising, and privacy laws.
