Located near College & Euclid, Suite 115 is a speakeasy-style cocktail bar with a core focus on delivering craft cocktails and unique customer experiences. We are driven to work with our guests in finding the right drink tailored to their individual tastes.
We are currently seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead daily operations, oversee beverage programs, and elevate service standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for crafting cocktails to grow with a dynamic, creative team.

• Salary: $ 36 / hour

• Benefit: 4% vacation pay
Job Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate all bar operations to ensure efficient service and high-quality guest experience
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures, service standards, and quality control measures
• Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate bartenders and support staff
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to maintain a professional team culture
• Manage inventory of liquor, beverages, and supplies; place orders and monitor stock levels
• Control costs, analyze sales performance, and support budgeting and financial planning
• Develop and update cocktail menus, seasonal offerings, and beverage programs
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and responsible service standards
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain brand reputation
• Coordinate staff schedules and workflow during peak service periods
• Liaise with suppliers and negotiate for beverage and food supplies
• Monitor cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of bar areas
• Support marketing initiatives, events, and promotions to drive revenue growth
Job requirements:
• Language: English
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Work Experience: at least 1 year of work experience in the field of cocktail bar service
• Certificate: Smart Serve Certificate is a must
Food Handler Certificate is preferred
• Ability to Supervise: 9 to 10 people
