Firstchoice Haircutter is currently looking for a receptionist to join our team.

Location: 2 Cumberland Dr. Dartmouth, Nova Scotia
Full-time / permanent position with $18-$22 per hour based on experience. We provide healthcare and medical benefits for our employees. It is a full-time position with 30-40 hours per week.

This position requires exceptional customer service and communication with customers and our hairstylists to ensure our quality standards exceed customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will carry out the following duties:
Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
Provide basic information to clients and the public
Record and relay information
Schedule and confirm appointments
Receive and issue payments
Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
Perform data entry
Provide customer service
