* Analyze and manage the restaurant budget to boost and maintain profitability.
* Develop budgets to determine costs of food, ingredients, alcohol, and kitchen and cleaning supplies.
* Evaluate daily operations and modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to budget requirements.
* Monitor revenues to manage labour costs effectively.
* Plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
* Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff, and conduct performance reviews.
* Determine the types of services offered and implement operational procedures.
* Balance cash, prepare financial reports, and complete balance sheets and related forms.
* Cost products and services to ensure profitable pricing.
* Enforce provincial/territorial liquor regulations and ensure health and safety standards are met.
* Organize, maintain, and monitor inventory levels.
* Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies, and with clients for catering or facility use.
* Participate in marketing planning and implementation.
* Lead, instruct, and motivate staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Address customer complaints or concerns and provide excellent customer service.
* Manage events, including planning and execution to support restaurant operations.

2. Requirements
* Completion of a college or other trades program
* 2 ~ 3 years work experience in the food service sector
* Strong leadership and communication skills (English proficiency)
* Flexibility, Client focus, Team player, Effective interpersonal skills

3. Job Details
* Location: 3880 Grant McConachie Way, Richmond (YVR- Vancouver International Airport)
* Terms of employment: Full-time/ Permanent (30~40 hours/w)
* Start date: ASAP
* Salary: $36.70 per hour
