Skyway Brands Regina Inc. is now hiring an Assistant Manager to fulfill our busy location, and the second busiest airport in Saskatchewan.
We are looking for an Assistant Manager for Brioche Doree, Skyway Grill & Bar, and Tim Hortons.

1. Job Description
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation
• Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Develop, implement and analyze budgets
• Provide customer service
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures

2. Requirements
• Completion of Secondary School
• 2-3 year’s work experience in the food service sector
• Strong leadership and communication skills (English proficiency)
• Flexibility, Client focus, Team player, Effective interpersonal skills
• Able to work flexible hours

3. Job Details
• Location: 2316-5201 Regina Avenue, Regina, SK / YQR – Regina International Airport
• Terms of employment: Full-time (30h/week)/ Permanent
• Start date: ASAP
• Wage: $21.20 per hour
