Our family is looking for a Home Child Care Provider.

Job Description:
Position: Child Care Provider – Private Home

Number of Vacant: 1
Wage: $18.00/hour
Hours of Work: 30-40 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time
Language: English
Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation or 4 % of gross salary for vacation remuneration.
Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Duties:
-Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children in the home.
-Nurturing two children at employer’s residence (children’s age: 6 and 8year-old).
-Help with children a bath and dress them.
-Plan and Prepare meals for children and serve the meal. Additionally, supervise mealtime.
-Provide age-appropriate daily activities for each child.
-Support to develop children’s emotional and social development.
-Follow the daily routine as instructed (including rest time) by parents.
-Accompany children to and from kindergarten, on outings, and to medical appointments, if needed.

Job Requirements:
-Education: No formal education is required.
-Experience: Child care experience is not essential but an asset.
-A Criminal record check is required
