Job duties include, but are not limited to:
• Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.
• Cook and package batches of food, such as fried chicken, which are prepared to order.
• Operate cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers or griddles.
• Measure and prepare ingredients required for chicken sauces.
• Check inventory of ingredients and supplies.

Skills requirements:
Education: Completion of high school education is required.
Experience: At least 1~2 years of experience as a cook OR completion of college or other programs in cooking or food safety is required.
