JOB DUTIES
This position is responsible for coordinating inventory and logistics activities to support the company’s supply-chain operations. Duties include:
• Coordinate and monitor the movement of imported office equipment, refrigeration units, air treatment products, and commercial appliances from international suppliers (primarily Korea and China) through ocean and air freight, ensuring all inbound shipments arrive at the Mississauga facility on schedule.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of all product categories stored in the company’s distribution warehouse by tracking stock usage, scheduled deliveries, and order volumes, and coordinate with the purchasing and warehouse teams to prevent shortages or delays in product availability.
• Plan and oversee daily logistics operations by coordinating the internal flow of goods from receiving to warehousing and dispatch, ensuring that materials and products move efficiently to meet sales orders, distribution timelines, and customer delivery schedules.
• Prepare and maintain accurate inventory records, shipping logs, receiving documentation, and internal reports related to product movement, stock levels, and operational progress using the company’s warehouse and inventory management systems.
• Liaise with purchasing staff, warehouse personnel, logistics partners, and internal departments to coordinate supply-chain activities and ensure smooth operations for inbound receiving, storage, and outbound distribution.

Education level: Completion of a post-secondary education program of less than two years in Business or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.
Required skills: • 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, inventory control, scheduling, or other coordination work related to logistics or supply-chain operations. • Ability to maintain records, coordinate activities between departments, and follow established procedures related to the movement of goods. • Organizational and communication skills necessary to support daily coordination tasks and ensure workflow accuracy.
