We are seeking a motivated, professional, and results-driven Car Leasing Branch Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of our car leasing branch. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing staff, managing customer relationships, driving sales performance, and ensuring smooth branch operations. You will play a key role in setting business goals, implementing leasing strategies, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Duties:
1. Assess and enhance customer service while addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
2. Create and execute marketing strategies.
3. Source and negotiate with suppliers as needed to acquire products for resale.
4. Analyze market research and trends to gauge consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors on sales.
5. Supervise staff and delegate responsibilities.
6. Prepare budgets, approve expenditures, and track revenue.
7. Manage staffing needs, including hiring, training, and retaining employees.
8. Decide on the merchandise and services to offer, and establish pricing and credit policies.
9. Oversee and assess the operations of businesses involved in wholesale and retail sales, or manage specific departments within such businesses.

Requirements:
– Completion of a college/University program in Business Administration/Management
