Job Title: Supervisor-Retail Sales Associate
Wage: $23/hour

Job Duties:
Deliver customer service
Receive, inspect, enter and price incoming products
Manage inventory
Order and source parts and coordinate with suppliers
End of day cash reconciliation
Create product displays and merchandising
Assemble custom chainsaw chains
Process product registrations and manage warranty claims
Supervise and train future sales associates
Assist with recruiting of new staff
Support store opening and closing procedures
Uphold safety standards
Employment Requirements/work experience:
High school certificate
Mechanical aptitude (e.g., chain making, equipment troubleshooting)
3-5 years experience in customer service
1- 2 years supervisory or leadership experience
Familiarity with forestry, construction, and outdoor equipment (e.g. chainsaws, power tools, safety gear) an asset
Ability to source, identify, and recommend the correct parts or gear for specialized applications
Experience with receiving, pricing, stocking, and tracking inventory
Accuracy in end-of-day cash handling and reconciliation
Required languages: English
Education level: high school certificate
