Job Position: Truck Drivers Supervisor

Hours: 37.5–44 hours per week
Shifts: Morning, Evening, Night
Salary: $37.25 per hour

Responsibilities

Supervise truck drivers and oversee day-to-day operations
Prepare production reports and other documentation
Recommend improvements to work methods and productivity
Resolve work-related issues and provide technical guidance
Train staff or arrange training programs
Dispatch drivers and monitor assigned routes
Monitor and operate signal and track switch control panels
Co-ordinate scheduling of activities, repairs, and rentals
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Recommend personnel actions
Requisition materials, equipment, and supplies
Requirements

Education:

Secondary school graduation certificate
Experience:

1 to less than 2 years of experience in trucking or a related industry
Additional Requirements:

Criminal record check
Valid driver’s licence
Excellent oral communication
Strong organizational skills and flexibility
Ability to work as part of a team
Work Setting

On-site only – work must be completed at the physical location in Brampton, ON.
Supervision role within the trucking industry.
