Job Overview:

As an Administrative Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to the team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

EMPLOYMENT LENGTH: PERMANENT 30-40 Hrs Full Time

WAGE: $28/Hr
LOCATION: Ontario, Mississauga

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
• Assist in the preparation and dissemination of internal and external communications.
• Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
• Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems in an organized manner.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and paperwork.
• Support project management tasks as needed, such as tracking deadlines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a business consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Minimum 3 years’ Experience in the same field
• Minimum Higher Secondary Education (High school)
