Job Duties
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of carpenters, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and according to specifications. Create schedules, assign tasks, and coordinate with other trades and contractors as necessary.
• Keeping track of inventory and ordering necessary materials is crucial to keeping projects running smoothly. Assess project requirements, estimate material quantities, and place orders in a timely manner to avoid delays.
• Involve troubleshooting technical problems, mediating conflicts between workers, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Involve providing on-the-job training, organizing workshops or seminars, or arranging for certification programs to enhance your workers’ capabilities.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and provide necessary safety equipment and training to prevent accidents and injuries.

Job Requirements

– Education: Completion of secondary school
– Experience: Several years of experience in the occupation is required.
