Job Requirements

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience as a Restaurant assistant Manager is required is required

Job details:

Salary: $ 28.00 hourly for 30 – 40 hours per week

Tasks
• Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Implement company procedures and ensure efficient service standards.
• Monitor sales, expenses, and inventory to support efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
• Assist with budgeting and cost control activities.
• Support local marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• Prepare employee work schedules and supervise staff performance.
• Assist with hiring, training, and supervising restaurant staff.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues in a professional manner.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and customer service.
