Job Description

We are currently seeking a caring and responsible full-time Nanny to support our family, with the primary focus on assisting our youngest child, age 11 (turning 12 in May). The role involves providing supervision, guidance, and daily support for him throughout the day and after school. Responsibilities include helping with routines, preparing meals and snacks, ensuring emotional well-being, and maintaining a safe, structured, and nurturing environment. Light supervision and occasional support for our older child, age 15, may also be required.

Childcare Responsibilities
• Provide attentive supervision and support, especially for the 11 year old
• Assist with after-school routines, structure, and daily guidance
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Encourage positive habits, emotional well-being, and healthy routines
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment

Housekeeping Responsibilities
As time permits, duties may include:
• Laundry and folding clothes
• Washing dishes
• Cleaning bathrooms
• General tidying and maintaining household order

Employment Requirements
• Completion of secondary school is an asset
• Child care or household management experience is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate responsibility in caring for children
• First Aid and CPR certification may be required
• Completion of a child care–related training program is considered an asset

Location: Toronto, ON
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Wage: $20.85 per hour
