Job Description

Point Mark Construction Ltd. is working in both residential and commercial construction projects. We are looking to hire 2 permanent full time Construction Helpers for various locations across Greater Vancouver and lower mainland as soon as possible.
Job Duties include:
• Load and unload construction materials.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, catwalks and barricades.
• Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs.
• Clean and pile salvaged materials.
• Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.

Employment Requirements:
• Ideal candidates should be reliable, team player and flexible.
• The incumbents should be capable of handling heavy loads (up to 50lbs), be able to perform repetitive tasks, fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• The candidate may be required to work at heights, outdoors, underground, confined spaces and in dusty places.
• The candidates are expected to be available for work for morning and daytime shifts to work at various locations.
• Basic English language is required.
• These are full time (30-40 hours per week) and permanent positions with a salary of $25.00/Hour.
• No formal degree/diploma is required. Will train on-site.
