Paramorph Architecture Inc. located at 308 – 9639 137A Street, Surrey BC V3T 0M1 is looking for an Architectural Technician for a full-time and permanent position.

Job details
Salary: $ 37.00 hour for 30 to 40 hours / week

Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Completion of a two- to three-year college/university program in architectural technology or architecture is required.
Experience: Minimum of two-years experience as an Architectural Technician or Architect or Drafting technician in a similar setup is required

Specific Skills
• assist in the design and execution of all stages of building projects
• work both independently and as a member of a team to develop proficiency in all areas of design development from preliminary concept plans through to completion of Development and Building Permit submission packages
• prepare CAD (computer-aided design) drawings, specifications, and listing of quantities of material from conceptual drawings and instructions
• utilize building codes, bylaws, site and space requirements, and other technical documents and reports
• ensure designs and drawings meet relevant building code and bylaw standards
• coordinate among all parties including clients, consultants, Authorities, and colleagues
• participate in professional development activities as provided by our firm
