Pandosy Food Basket is looking for a Retail Store Supervisor (NOC 62010) to join our team! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $23.50/hour.
Job Description:
• Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
• Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
• Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
• Sell merchandise to customers
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Hire, train, and schedule shifts for sales staff.
• Opening and closing duties and balancing of till
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years work experience in a supervisory role in retail
• Language in the workplace is English
